Autumn received her Personal Training Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine in 2012 and her Performance Enhancement Specialist Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2018.  Everyone, no matter their fitness level or abilities, can benefit from increased physical activity and she strive to provide every client with a program that is effective and appropriate, but that allows them to feel comfortable and safe.  This includes providing strengthening and conditioning after long periods of inactivity to aid in returning to a more balanced and healthy lifestyle!  My goal is to train clients according to their individual goals to shock their bodies to lose inches, and be in the best shape of their life.  Whether individuals are looking to lose weight, increase flexibility, gain strength, tone, or train for their first 5K race, she can train a wide range of individuals from young athletes to elderly adults looking to maintain their activities of daily living. 

Autumn was also 2005 cum laude graduate from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. She took a diverse course load including, finance, management, marketing, accounting, economics, and organizational leadership.  Autumn has also had leadership training, as well as attended extensive training in service skills, effective telecommunicating, and working together to create an inclusive environment. Autumn was born and raised in Kewanee, graduating from Kewanee High School and Black Hawk College – East Campus with an Associate of Science Degree.  Autumn has been with Kewanee Physical Therapy & Rehab Specialists since August 2008.

Autumn resides in Kewanee and has two children, James and Madelyn.  She is an avid Illinois Fighting Illini and Cubs fan and enjoys spending time with her family, playing sports, working out, bike riding, and scrapbooking!
