Jena Young, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
I began my career in Physical Therapy over 10 years ago. In 5th grade I had the opportunity to help in classrooms that had younger children with physical and mental challenges. I knew at that time I had a passion for helping others. As time went on my passion grew. I graduated from Black Hawk College with my Associates in Applied Science. I then became a Board Certified Physical Therapist Assistant.
I have been at Kewanee Physical Therapy and Rehab Specialists since December of 2006. I could not imagine having a career I could ever love more than physical therapy. My enjoyment comes from meeting and helping many people of different ages and backgrounds.
I live in Kewanee with my husband, Larry. We enjoy being outdoors fishing, camping, swimming, kayaking, and tubing. I love spending time with our family, friends, and rescue furbabies. I also enjoy being active in the local church I attend.
